ServiceNow HAM/SAM Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow HAM/SAM Business Analyst / Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirements gathering sessions and document process workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria related to HAM/SAM
• Serve as Scrum Master for the delivery team, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives
• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to refine and prioritize features

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, management, information systems, engineering or related field (8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)
• 8+ years of combined experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master with ServiceNow
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM and/or SAM modules
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow Agile)
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance and be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
