IT Infrastructure Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, IT Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and upgrade network infrastructure to ensure reliability and security
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot network issues, and manage external service providers
• Lead projects related to network design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role or industry
• Vendor Certifications preferred: CompTIA Security+, Network+, Cisco CCNA or CCNP
• In-depth knowledge of Windows OS and fundamental networking concepts
• Understanding of ITIL 4 Foundation and cybersecurity management tools
