Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jira Developer to support and enhance their Atlassian Jira Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Jira Software and Jira ITSM projects in the Atlassian Cloud environment
• Develop and optimize JQL queries, workflows, automations, and permissions to support business operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Jira solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience managing Jira Software and ITSM projects, including workflows, permissions, and automations
• 5 years of expert-level proficiency in JQL for building complex queries
• 5 years of experience using Jira REST APIs and scripting languages for custom integrations and enhancements
• 5 years of hands-on experience with plugins like Script Runner, JMWE, and Email This Issue
• Familiarity with Atlassian Access and a basic understanding of Active Directory and access controls
