A company is looking for an IT Portfolio Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure successful implementation and delivery of technical solutions within schedule and budget
• Manage budget and investment activities, including portfolio management and financial tracking
• Transform stakeholder needs and visions into viable solutions through collaboration and innovation

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in federal budgeting and investment management
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow certification in budget and investment management
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or PMI-PBA certification highly desirable
• Demonstrated expertise in IT Portfolio Management and federal budget life cycle
