Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and validate business and technology requirements to define project scope and impact
• Create systems and business process models to guide developers and project teams
• Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle and communicate changes to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent experience
• 2 - 4 years of related experience in business systems analysis
• Experience with data processing and knowledge of healthcare payer business functions is desired
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development methodologies is preferred
• Ability to work independently and seek knowledge in the area of specialty
