• Gather requirements and conduct workshops for ServiceNow implementations
• Demo products and support documentation efforts
• Configure Service Owner Workspace and Service Offering surveys

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) is essential
• Two ServiceNow certifications (CIS) are required
• Experience with Service Portfolio Management (SPM) is essential
• Experience with Service Level Management (SLM) is essential
