A company is looking for a NICE CXOne Developer to support the design and optimization of advanced contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize custom call scripts and complex call flows using CXOne Studio
- Build and maintain integrations with APIs, databases, ACD, IVR, and custom applications
- Perform troubleshooting, tracing, and triage of call flows in a 24/7 environment
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with NICE CXOne Studio, including advanced call flow development
- Strong knowledge of API and database integrations
- Hands-on experience with ACD, IVR, and application integration in enterprise environments
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time, including call flow tracing and triage
