Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support to developers, including implementation guidance and architectural consultations
• Collaborate on product development and enhance internal tools for improved support operations
• Investigate product bugs and contribute to technical documentation based on developer needs

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript development
• Extensive experience with React and Next.js
• Practical experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP
• Demonstrated experience in supporting and mentoring other developers
