- Manage telecommunications data and improve processes through automation and redundancy
- Collaborate with team members for process improvements, project planning, and system administration
Required Qualifications
- Experience in VoIP communications and telephony configuration
- Familiarity with routing protocols for VoIP in WAN and LAN environments
- Experience with Cisco Unified Communications software or similar call center services
- Skills in telecommunications asset management and billing reconciliation
- Proficiency in PowerShell and .NET
