Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow solutions across multiple domains and modules
• Design integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, and custom spokes
• Collaborate with Program Manager, Product Owners, and Stakeholders to support roadmap planning and delivery

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including 4+ years in an architect-level role
• BS/BA in related field (Business Management, Computer Science, or Software Engineering)
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Experience maintaining, enhancing, and creating workflows, functions, and configurations within the ServiceNow environment
• Experience leading ServiceNow version upgrades
