Job Summary

A company is looking for a Monitoring Support Specialist to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance, availability, and health of training systems and infrastructure
• Track system metrics, respond to alerts, and ensure optimal system performance
• Maintain compliance with federal monitoring requirements and service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field with 5+ years of federal systems monitoring experience
• Experience with federal monitoring tools, network management systems, and government alerting protocols
• Knowledge of federal performance monitoring, compliance reporting, and system health management
• Understanding of federal incident response procedures and escalation protocols
• Eligibility for Public Trust Clearance and experience with continuous monitoring of government systems
