Job Summary
A company is looking for an Information Technology Support Administrator to support a multi-site Microsoft Windows desktop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote support for end-users
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the computing environment
- Document incidents and escalate issues to appropriate teams as needed
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technology stack including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with Helpdesk Ticketing and hardware lifecycle management
- Ability to conduct training for users on hardware and software
- Experience with remote troubleshooting tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage client expectations
