SOC 2 Cyber Program Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SOC 2 Cyber Program Lead to manage and oversee its SOC 2 compliance program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SOC 2 readiness and compliance program, ensuring proper implementation and documentation of controls
• Execute assessments and readiness activities, performing gap analyses and preparing the organization for external audits
• Identify and monitor risks related to SOC 2 controls, providing guidance to stakeholders and producing reports on compliance status

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in relevant fields or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
• Direct experience executing or leading SOC 2 audits and programs
• Strong knowledge of SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria and their application in a large organization
• In-depth knowledge of internal controls, risk assessments, and cybersecurity processes
• CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CIA, or equivalent certification
