IT Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Security Engineer to support and enhance security solutions for a global managed service provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer information security solutions and maintain security tools, standards, and procedures
• Support internal and customer auditing requirements and create security standards and procedures
• Evaluate, test, and implement security application upgrades and patches while providing mentorship to team members

Required Qualifications

• 8 or more years of experience in an information security position
• Experience with cloud security solutions such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of security frameworks/standards such as PCI-DSS, NIST, and HIPAA
• Experience with security incident response in a large enterprise environment
• Bachelor's degree in information security or a related field, along with relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA)
