Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager - Network Operations Center (NOC).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the NOC team to ensure 99.99% network availability and manage outage resolution
- Define policies and procedures for project prioritization and network event response
- Facilitate meetings and coordinate process improvements across the team
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Manager in a NOC environment for a telecommunications provider
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- In-depth understanding of PON/GPON/XGPON technologies and architecture
- Proficiency with Fiber Broadband and IP Network Technologies
- Experience in developing and reporting KPIs for team productivity assessment
