Network Analyst I/II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Analyst I/II-NOC.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for network products including cell site backhaul, Ethernet, waves, and dark fiber
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex network issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams to escalate and resolve network issues efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical discipline and 3-4 years of technical/telephony experience, or 6+ years of directly related experience
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching technologies
• Proven troubleshooting skills in complex network environments
• Familiarity with telecom technologies and their applications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred; certifications such as CCNA, CCNP are highly desirable
