Red Team Operator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Red Team Operator to join their team in conducting advanced adversary emulation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development, and execution of Red Team operations
• Conduct independent vulnerability research and develop scenarios that mimic real-world adversary groups
• Provide technical reports and remediation recommendations based on discovered vulnerabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Cyber Security experience, including 3 years of offensive focused experience
• Hands-on experience during multiple Red Team engagements
• Understanding of Red Teaming Methodology and common Penetration Testing tools
• Possess Offensive Security related certifications
