A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their Business Systems team within the Revenue Operations organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the Salesforce instance, ensuring data integrity and user support
- Optimize and maintain the sales technology stack to support GTM strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements that drive sales productivity
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales systems, sales operations, or business operations roles, preferably in SaaS companies
- Hands-on experience as a Salesforce administrator, including user management and reporting
- Experience using data and systems for business insights; familiarity with CRM administration and data visualization tools
- Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience with process documentation
- Intermediate SQL skills and experience with system integrations or automation tools
