A company is looking for a Technology Operations Support Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute infrastructure change activities across the enterprise, adhering to change management procedures
- Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support for infrastructure-related incidents and service requests
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and collaborate with IT teams to align with operational standards
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience providing infrastructure support
- Degree preferred, along with relevant certifications
- Proficiency in Windows OS (Server and Endpoint) and PowerShell scripting
- Experience with Windows Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure infrastructure services
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices
