Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Operations Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute infrastructure change activities across the enterprise, adhering to change management procedures
• Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support for infrastructure-related incidents and service requests
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and collaborate with IT teams to align with operational standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience providing infrastructure support
• Degree preferred, along with relevant certifications
• Proficiency in Windows OS (Server and Endpoint) and PowerShell scripting
• Experience with Windows Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure infrastructure services
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices
