Business Systems Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst III to act as a liaison between technology and business stakeholders, facilitating the delivery of new and enhanced processes, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain User Stories/Requirements and manage a prioritized backlog
• Document business processes, functional specifications, and perform detailed data mapping and modeling
• Mentor team members on Agile best practices and lead research and analysis to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries and 5-8 years in business analysis
• 1+ years of experience in modeling/mapping business processes and planning UAT for projects
• General knowledge of Oracle, Microsoft SQL, APIs, and web-based applications
• Practical knowledge of debit/credit card processing and financial systems
