A company is looking for a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst to support its Salesforce Team in designing, implementing, and improving business processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify business needs and collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions
- Prepare and review functional specifications, obtaining necessary approvals
- Document system processes, configurations, and changes while managing multiple projects concurrently
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in functional design and requirements in Salesforce
- Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud and Lightning capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field, or an Associate's degree with five years of experience in systems analysis
- Experience creating functional and technical documentation
- Familiarity with relational databases and the ability to create basic SQL queries
