A company is looking for a Business Application Analyst- UKG.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement and configure application modules
- Provides support and troubleshooting for system functionality and conducts routine audits
- Facilitates training sessions and creates system documentation and user guides
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Business or Applications Analyst role
- Demonstrates knowledge of financial management, enterprise resource planning, human resource management, or timekeeping/scheduling systems
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience with Workday ERP, UKG Workforce Pro, or Strata is preferred
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus
