Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of IT support professionals across multiple time zones
- Oversee end user support services and ensure high-quality IT service delivery
- Drive standardization of tools and processes while managing stakeholder engagement and compliance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing diverse teams and delivering IT support across multiple regions
- Experience managing budgets for the purchase of end user equipment
- Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and service desk operations
