Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between marketing and technical teams to ensure efficient request delivery
- Oversee day-to-day CMS operations, including page creation and publishing oversight
- Maintain web property integrity through proactive QA checks and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in web operations or website management
- Hands-on experience with CMS and familiarity with HTML/CSS
- Strong understanding of web QA processes and accessibility standards
- Experience with sprint-based workflows and ticketing systems
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
