Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Lead - Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of application support including incident resolution and problem management
- Oversee the onboarding process for new applications, including user access and environment setup
- Serve as the primary point of contact for application stakeholders and maintain communication with third-party vendors
Required Qualifications
- Technical or College Degree in Information Technology, Management, or related field, and/or advanced networking certifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT application support, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and ITIL best practices
- Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and service contracts
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
