Senior IT Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Specialty Analyst specializing in Accounts Receivable workflows within Epic Hospital Billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and optimize AR workflows in Epic HB, including insurance follow-up and denial resolution
• Leverage Waystar claim status integration to enhance automation and reduce manual tasks
• Partner with operational leaders to resolve AR issues and identify process improvements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 7+ years without a degree
• Hands-on experience with AR workflows including denials and credits
• Preferred experience with Waystar claim status and AR automation
• Preferred knowledge of SBO system actions and reconciliation processes
• Preferred experience in large-scale revenue cycle projects or SBO conversions
