Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Security Awareness Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide security awareness program to foster a proactive security culture
• Design and deliver innovative, role-specific awareness campaigns using various methods tailored to different learning styles
• Measure program effectiveness through behavioral change metrics and report findings to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in a compliance or audit environment, preferably in Information Technology
• CISA Certification or equivalent is required
• At least 3-5 years of information security experience
• Technical background with a thorough understanding of security threats
