Senior Desktop Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Desktop Engineer to design, build, and support MacOS and Windows 11 platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a large fleet of MacOS and Windows devices
• Package applications and secure operating systems while ensuring compliance with security standards
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and analyze data to improve system performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and supporting desktop environments
• Expert level knowledge of managing MacOS devices and Intune
• Strong skills in application packaging and automation scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
• Experience in a medium or large enterprise managing several thousand endpoints
• Familiarity with change control processes and data-driven decision-making
