Network Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Engineer to manage and maintain its network infrastructure remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Palo Alto firewalls and infrastructure, including upgrades and configurations
• Convert layer 4 rules to layer 7 using userID and appID
• Utilize Python scripts to automate network tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing Palo Alto firewalls
• Knowledge of creating custom appIDs
• Experience managing Checkpoint firewalls in an IaaS environment (preferred)
• Experience deploying Palo Alto firewalls in an IaaS environment (preferred)
• Ability to leverage automation tools and scripts (preferred)
