Installation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Installation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish connectivity with new customers and remotely install and upgrade software
• Create, maintain, and update installation procedures and document hardware discrepancies
• Assist existing customers with connectivity changes and communicate hardware issues

Required Qualifications

• Software installation experience desirable
• Experience with remote connectivity tools (VPN, Bomgar, WebEx, etc.)
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
• Experience with Windows operating systems
• Efficient time management and organization skills
