Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience in technology projects and timely delivery
• At least 3 years of effective team management experience
• Technical expertise in project implementations and real-time issue management
• Broad technology knowledge, including custom development and systems integration
