Performance Planning Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance & Capacity Planning Specialist to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) - USCIS OIT Architecture Engineering Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead performance and capacity planning efforts for enterprise IT and operational systems
• Forecast production capacity requirements to align resources with organizational demand
• Identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks to ensure scalability and timely service delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance and capacity planning or related disciplines
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred
• Proven expertise in performance and capacity planning strategies
• Must be eligible to obtain DHS Suitability clearance
• Experience with performance management and optimization practices
