Job Summary
A company is looking for an Integrations Analyst I/II to work remotely anywhere in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of new data exchange development, including documentation, configuration, testing, and launch
- Communicate with clients and vendors to gather and analyze requirements
- Coordinate with project teams to understand client-specific benefits structures and maintain project tracking documentation
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an administrative outsourcing analyst or equivalent, with programming/coding experience in SaaS preferred
- Proficiency in XML/XSL and various programming languages (e.g., VBA, JavaScript)
- Intermediate Excel skills and understanding of payroll and EDI 834 file formats
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client assignments with overlapping timelines
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
