Security Governance Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Governance Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage a HITRUST program and coordinate security risk management
• Maintain security policies, standards, and procedures while leading vendor risk management
• Conduct internal security risk assessments and collaborate with teams on ePHI management

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in computing, information security, or related field; MS degree preferred
• 5+ years of information security GRC or audit experience accepted in lieu of a degree
• Strong experience with HITRUST r2 program implementation and maintenance
• Knowledge of healthcare security and privacy regulations (HIPAA, HITECH)
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST security frameworks
