AI Deployment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Deployment Specialist to manage technical implementation activities and ensure successful customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and pre-sales teams to gather requirements and understand needs
• Design, build, and deploy the CX bot, integrating it with existing systems for seamless user experiences
• Continuously monitor and optimize bot performance based on user feedback and analytics

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in building and deploying conversational AI solutions
• 4-6 years in a customer-facing implementation or consulting role, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Experience integrating AI solutions with support CRMs like Zendesk and Gorgias
• Strong practical knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
