Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITSM - ServiceNow Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of ServiceNow ITSM solutions
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops and provide consultative guidance to clients
• Maintain documentation and support the execution of releases and product upgrades

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of professional IT experience with 5+ years in ITSM
• Proficiency in scripting with JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell
• Experience in advanced administration and configuration on an ITSM platform
• ServiceNow Certified Administrator and Implementation Specialist preferred
