Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Help Desk Manager to oversee the Help Desk team and manage client communication and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of help desk tickets
- Manage internal and external project plans and tasks
- Create and maintain documentation for internal processes and client communication
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- 6+ years of relevant IT experience
- 3+ years of help desk lead/manager experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT best practices and processes
- Strong technical background with experience in Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, and Active Directory
