SCCM Intune Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect - SCCM Intune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 3 support for technical requests related to SCCM and Intune environments
• Proactively review customer concerns and recommend improvements for endpoint management and policy compliance
• Assist customers with transitioning workloads from SCCM to Intune and analyze logs to resolve requests efficiently

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with SCCM (MECM) and Intune environments
• Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) for iOS, Android, and Windows devices
• Ability to analyze logs and diagnostics for troubleshooting
• Experience documenting support requests and resolutions
• Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally
