Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic MyChart IT Manager to oversee Digital Development initiatives and manage a development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff, including performance reviews, coaching, and enforcing policies
• Develop end user requirements and project plans for system enhancements
• Oversee system maintenance, including software upgrades and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience and IT training
• 5+ years of experience in the information technology field, with supervisory experience preferred
• EPIC-specific instruction and certification strongly preferred
