Director of Digital Transformation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Digital Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the digital product strategy for revenue cycle operations
• Lead the development and tracking of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for digital transformation initiatives
• Establish and manage a technology intake and prioritization process for evaluating new solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in digital transformation, product management, or a similar strategic role
• Experience in developing and tracking OKRs or similar goal-setting frameworks
• Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI and data analytics
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes is a plus
