Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Avaya Voice Engineer to manage and support telephony systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Genesys Cloud and Avaya Aura suite including CM, AES, SMGR, SM, SBC, and Messaging
- Integrate Genesys with Oracle Session Border Controller and Microsoft Teams Calling with Direct Routing
- Implement and monitor voice security and fraud detection mechanisms
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in Voice Technologies
- Proven expertise in managing Avaya Aura suite of products
- Experience with Genesys Cloud and Oracle Session Border Controller
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Calling with Direct Routing
- Strong understanding of voice security and fraud detection
