Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between user groups and the application development team, refining processes and developing programming specifications
• Conduct testing of development outputs to ensure they meet specifications and perform intended functions
• Provide ongoing technology support, focusing on data audits and preparation for the annual renewal process

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant experience
• Experience in process documentation and development
• Proficiency in writing application development specifications
• Experience with testing modifications to existing or new applications
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
