Workday Integration Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Integration Lead-Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the integration lead for major Workday programs, including post-acquisition integration and job architecture transformation
• Conduct impact assessments and manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• 8+ years of experience leading integrations, with 4-5 years specifically in Workday integration
• Deep technical knowledge of Workday tools including EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
• Proven success managing large-scale Workday integration projects
• Experience working with global teams, including onshore and offshore delivery models
