Job Summary
A company is looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer I to solve simple business needs with guidance and supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage support tickets from initiation to resolution, coordinating with teams and escalating issues as needed
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve technical issues and assess broader organizational impacts
- Maintain hardware and software environments, providing 2nd level support for complex technical issues
Required Qualifications
- Two- or four-year degree or equivalent technical training
- 2+ years of experience supporting a PC network environment
- Strong understanding of PC networks and LAN/WAN infrastructure
- Relevant certifications preferred: A+, Network+, MCP, MCSA, or MCSE
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
