Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Technology who will execute and implement the technology vision of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the technology roadmap in alignment with business strategies
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of software systems and IT infrastructure
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of performance and innovation

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles
• Proven experience in managing IT operations and tech development teams
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are preferred
