Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automation Technical Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain automation systems, focusing on RPA bots for high performance and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues, conducting root cause analyses
• Design, code, and test automation workflows and scripts to meet business requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Five or more years of experience in development, operations, or technical support in RPA and Automation technologies
• Proficient in automation tools and technologies, including RPA platforms
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages for automation and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools for deploying and managing automation pipelines
