Cloud Cybersecurity Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in cybersecurity design, implementation, and compliance across cloud-hosted digital and IT systems
• Lead cybersecurity planning and risk analysis related to infrastructure, data, and application layers in secure cloud environments
• Oversee implementation of RMF, NIST SP 800-53, and STIG requirements, ensuring alignment with DoD security mandates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, information systems, or a closely related discipline
• At least eight (8) years of experience managing cybersecurity projects of similar size and complexity in cloud environments
• At least eight (8) years of experience applying the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF), including NIST SP 800-53, DISA STIGs, SCAP and IAVAs, FISMA
• One or more current certifications: CISM, CISSO, FITSP-M, GCIA, GCSA, GCIH, GSLC, GICSP, CISSP, CISSP-ISSMP
• Favorably adjudicated Tier 5 background investigation (Top Secret eligible) required for cybersecurity leadership with root-level access responsibilities
