Key Responsibilities
- Provide computer, hardware, and software support to employees
- Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair desktop/laptop computers and network equipment
- Investigate and recommend software and hardware purchases based on employee needs
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Basic knowledge of IT technical standards related to computers and network technology
- Comprehensive troubleshooting skills of industry-standard hardware and software products/services
