Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global IT Service Transition Director - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for transitioning IT products and services into production
• Oversee the service change review process and communicate changes to end-users and support teams
• Manage the global Change Champions program and integrate user feedback for improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, UX, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT service transition or digital workplace enablement
• Experience in coaching and developing teams
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks
• Background in global IT organizations and cross-department collaboration
