A company is looking for a Mid-Level GIS Analyst/Help Desk Support contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide help desk support and GIS analysis assistance to the GIS Unit
- Communicate directly with customers, gather information related to complaints, and troubleshoot technical problems
- Document issues in ServiceNow and assign tickets to other GIS Unit teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 24-36 months of relevant experience in GIS analysis and help desk support
- Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro and familiarity with ArcGIS Online
- Experience with customer service and technical assistance
- Knowledge of linear referencing solutions
- Ability to document and manage support tickets effectively
